The peace conference is open to Rotary members, participants, alumni, partners, friends of Rotary, and the public. Anyone interested in peacebuilding is welcome to attend.

Registration will remain open until April 15th or as long as tickets are available. Capacity is limited, so get your tickets before they’re gone. There will be no on-site registration.

The conference registration fee is priced at a Tiered Rate: the early bird rate of 249.00 US is valid until 12/31/24, followed by $299 US until 2/28/25, and a late registration fee of $349 US. This includes participation in the program, a welcome reception on Thursday, May 1, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday, and breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on Saturday.

The recommended dress for the conference is business casual. For the conference dinner, we suggest a cocktail or regional dress.

Tickets are refundable until March 1, 2025. To cancel your registration and request a refund, email Info@makepeacevisible.org.  If eligible, hotel cancellations should be made through Mystic Lake Hotel, as per their cancellation policy.

Yes, Mystic Lake Event Center is accessible to all.

Includes: Expo access on Friday and Saturday. Expo hall refreshments, Exhibitor presentations.
